How it works day to day
Reception: Roberta greets your patients Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
Waiting area: the common area on the 1st floor, with a kitchenette and velvet armchairs.
You bring your own treatment table. The room is set up your way.
24/7 access for private office members on the annual plan.

Day Use and hot desk are shared desks for computer work. They are not for seeing patients.
Health permits: what is already in place and what is on you
Everest already has the water tank cleaning and air-conditioning maintenance certificates required by the health authority (vigilância sanitária).
It has been done here: a dentist at Everest obtained all her ANVISA and vigilância sanitária permits for her room.
On you: any other permits, certificates and room changes your work requires. Example: a beauty professional installed a sink, hot and cold water and a compressor in her own room, and paid for the pest control her certificate required.

Yes, if you rent a room at Everest. If your work needs certificates or room changes, like installing a sink, the cost is yours.
